Hubcap Child Safety Standards

Effective: July 20, 2026

Hubcap, Inc. ("Hubcap") strictly prohibits Child Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE) in any form across our Services, including the Hubcap mobile app and website. Any user engaging in such conduct will have their content removed and account permanently banned, and Hubcap will report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law.

Hubcap's minimum age to use the Services is 18. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction represent that they have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.

Reporting CSAE or Abuse

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy:

  • Go to your Profile Page by tapping the last button in the Tab Bar:
  • Go to "Report a Bug / Feedback" by tapping the Megaphone button in the top left of your Profile Page:
  • Fill out the form by selecting Feedback Type "Child Safety":

We review reports promptly and may take action including content removal, account termination, and reporting to NCMEC or law enforcement.
